Custom Order Process
✅ Customers must provide detailed refinishing requests, including preferred color, sheen, and finish style before the order is confirmed.
✅ Rehab Diva 864 will provide a color sample or consultation to ensure alignment with client expectations.
✅ Once approved, refinishing can be completed within 10 to 14 days depending on the weather conditions​​

Refunds & Cancellations
✅ Custom orders are non-refundable once the refinishing process has started.
✅ Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a partial refund, minus any material costs.
✅ If Rehab Diva 864 cannot fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative refinishing option will be offered.

Warranty Quality Assurance
✅ Each refinished piece undergoes quality control checks before pickup/delivery.
✅ Lacquer finishes are highly durable, but proper care instructions must be followed to maintain longevity.
✅ Rehab Diva 864 is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or exposure to extreme conditions after delivery.
